Day Rate: £400 - £450/day
Our client is currently looking for a Senior Engineer with pre‑construction, ECI, Ground Investigation and environmental experience to get started immediately in the Southampton area on a major civil engineering framework.
Responsibilities:
- Record keeping for ECI works including culvert surveys, concrete testing and Ground Investigations
- Producing methodologies for incorporation into main works
- Reviewing RAMS, ITPs, producing as builts
- Setting out and surveying using total station / surveying GPS
- Preparing and maintaining QA documentation
- Liaising with the senior management team
- Liaising with the specialist subcontractors
- Managing subcontractors; checking and maintaining QA and HSE standards
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience within civil engineering, preferably in the environmental sector
- CSCS
- HNC/HND in Civil Engineering minimum
