Working Electrical Supervisor Sector: Water / MEICA / Major Projects
We are looking for a strong Electrical Working Supervisor to join an exciting pipeline of major industrial works. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical professional who still enjoys being hands-on and involved with the work, while also having the experience and confidence to supervise teams, coordinate site activities and ensure work is delivered safely and to a high standard.
The Role
As an Electrical Working Supervisor, you will combine site supervision with practical electrical expertise. You will be responsible for helping drive electrical installation and MEICA activities on site, supporting the workforce and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with programme and quality requirements.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and supporting electrical teams and subcontractors on site
- Remaining hands-on and assisting with electrical works where required
- Coordinating day-to-day electrical installation activities
- Ensuring RAMS and safe systems of work are followed
- Monitoring workmanship, quality and progress
- Supporting testing, commissioning and handover activities
- Working closely with site management and other MEICA disciplines
- Identifying and resolving practical site issues
- Helping maintain programme milestones and productivity
