I am the founder and owner of GRS, a specialist recruitment business operating within the engineering and infrastructure sector. As the business continues to grow, I am now looking to bring in a Recruitment Consultant to join our team, with full training and support provided. People from alternative sales backgrounds are invited to apply with the idea of a fast tracked training program. If you've got the hunger we will help you achieve excellent billings, long term progression and commission.
We work with a mix of large multi billion pound organisations that rely on our support, alongside local and regional SMEs that are actively growing their businesses. Quality, credibility and long term relationships matter here.
You will support live recruitment assignments across specialist engineering and infrastructure markets, helping deliver high quality outcomes for both clients and candidates.
- Building structured market and sector knowledge

This is a quality led environment, not a high volume KPI driven operation. GRS specialises in high efficiency, high quality recruitment within technical engineering and infrastructure markets. We are trusted by major organisations with complex hiring requirements, as well as local and regional SMEs building and scaling their teams. You do not need previous recruitment experience. You should have a strong work ethic and want to build a long term career. Candidates from a sales, customer facing, commercial or professional background are welcome to apply, including graduates, career changers, parents returning to work, and people from sales or professional environments.
Salary: £26,000 to £29,000 base salary depending on experience, attitude and potential. Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:30pm.
