We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pump Division Manager to join a growing Water Technology team delivering specialist pumping and temporary water management solutions across infrastructure, remediation and water sector projects across the UK.
This role would suit someone with experience within pump hire, dewatering or temporary water management who enjoys a hands-on operational role combined with technical support and client interaction. You’ll play a key role supporting projects from pre-construction through to delivery, helping provide practical pumping solutions across a varied project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Pump Hire Depot
- Support operational teams across live projects
- Assist with developing pumping and temporary water management solutions
- Support tender and pre-construction activities
- Prepare equipment selections and pricing support
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting on live sites
- Assist with installation, commissioning and optimisation of pumping systems
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and project teams
- Help develop relationships with existing and new clients
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company procedures
About You
We’re keen to speak with candidates who have experience within:
- Pump hire
- Dewatering
- Temporary pumping systems
- Wastewater or surface water management
- Utilities, remediation, infrastructure or construction sectors
You’ll ideally have:
- Strong practical knowledge of pumping systems
- Operational or supervisory experience
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Commercial awareness
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to travel to operational sites when required
Experience within the water sector or AMP frameworks would be advantageous but not essential.
