Storeman (Electrical) We're currently recruiting for an Electrical Storeman to join a major industrial engineering project. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy team supporting the delivery of electrical installation works on a live water treatment site. This role would suit someone with previous stores experience on industrial, utilities, power, process plant or water treatment projects, ideally with an understanding of electrical materials and equipment. Duties: * Managing the site stores and maintaining accurate stock levels. * Receiving, checking and booking in deliveries. * Issuing electrical materials, tools and consumables to site operatives. * Organising and storing electrical equipment, containment, cable and plant. * Liaising with site management and procurement teams regarding material requirements. * Carrying out stock takes and maintaining inventory records. * Ensuring all deliveries are checked for quality and quantity. * Keeping the stores clean, organised and compliant with site health and safety requirements. * Coordinating returns, damaged materials and supplier collections. * Assisting with general site logistics where required. Requirements: * Previous experience as a Storeman, Stores Operative, Materials Controller or Warehouse Operative on construction or industrial projects. * Experience handling electrical materials and equipment. * Background within the water industry, utilities, industrial engineering, power generation or process plant is highly desirable. * Good organisational and communication skills. * Competent using stock control systems If interested to hear further, please apply online and a member of the team will
