Electrical Supervisor / Electrical Site Manager
We are recruiting for an experienced electrical professional to join a major wastewater treatment project, supporting the Project Manager with the successful delivery of electrical installation works on site.
Key responsibilities include
- Supporting the Project Manager with the delivery of electrical works.
- Reviewing and managing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Coordinating testing, inspection and commissioning activities.
- Monitoring site quality and ensuring installations comply with specifications.
- Managing subcontractors and liaising with site teams.
- Carrying out site inspections and resolving technical issues.
- Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with health, safety and quality procedures.
- Working closely with commissioning and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
About You
- We are keen to speak with candidates from a practical site background, including:
- Electrical Site Manager
- Electrical Supervisor
- Electrical Foreman
- MEICA Supervisor
- Electrical Project Engineer
- Senior Authorised Person (SAP)
You'll ideally have
- Strong electrical installation experience on industrial or process sites.
- Previous experience on water or wastewater treatment projects (highly desirable).
- Excellent knowledge of ITPs, inspection processes and testing plans.
- Experience supporting commissioning activities.
- A proactive approach and the confidence to coordinate multiple work fronts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with contractors, engineers and the client team.
Desirable Experience
- Wastewater or water treatment projects.
- MEICA installation.
- LV/HV electrical systems.
- MCCs, switchgear and industrial control systems.
- Industrial process environments such as water, energy, utilities, manufacturing or chemical plants.
