Are you an experienced and driven Structural Engineer looking to join a growing team offering a unique international opportunity? We are seeking an ambitious Senior Engineer to join our London team, with a clear and supported pathway to an Associate position. The role offers the exceptional opportunity to work across both UK and Australian projects, with the option to relocate to Australia in the near future.
This hybrid role allows flexibility with 75% of your time spent in our office, while the remaining 25% can be spent working remotely. Should you wish to relocate to Australia, you’ll be supported in the process, including visa sponsorship, as you help us grow our Australian team. Responsibilities:- Ability to be main point of contact and project lead for your projects
- Design and documentation of London and Adelaide based residential projects, from concept to construction phase assistance
- Design and documentation of London and Adelaide based minor commercial projects, from concept to construction phase assistance
- Manage team of design engineers and drafters
- Carry out site visits & inspections
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 8 years experience in a design consultancy
- Experienced in architecturally lead private residential new builds; alterations and additions
- Experienced in minor commercial projects, such as residential towers and office buildings
- Competent in timber, steel, masonry and concrete design
- Competent in foundation design
- A keen eye for detail
