Nous recherchons un UX designer hautement qualifié avec une solide expérience dans la transformation digitale. Rattaché au Lead UX/CX, vous agirez en collaboration étroite avec notre directeur de projet afin de prendre des décisions qui auront un impact sur les opérations actuelles et futures de l'entreprise.
Le Designer UX interviendra au niveau de la structuration de projets de design en ce qui concerne la conception et les évolutions d'expériences utilisateurs. Vos missions seront :
- Être le référent structurel de la société notamment sur la méthodologie de design thinking utilisée tout en assurant la veille des tendances d'optimisation d’expérience humaine.
- Auditer et mettre en place les bonnes pratiques user centric dans le cadre de la création et l'optimisation d’expériences digitales.
- Concevoir l’architecture structurelle des différents projets tout en assurant une optimisation itérative continue.
- Conseiller et agir à titre de référence de design auprès des membres de l'équipe en donnant ses orientations ergonomiques et fonctionnelles pour assurer une progression qualitative des projets.
- Maintenir une perspective centrée sur le besoin client et aider à la livraison rapide et effective en termes de coûts et de qualité.
Profil recherché :
- Issu d'une formation spécialisée dans le secteur du digital et des multimédias, vous justifiez d'une expérience de minimum 2-3 ans dans un poste similaire.
- Culture en user research, usability testing, flow et wireframing design et méthodologie agile scrum.
- Expérience réelle dans la mise en place de bonnes pratiques en accessibilité et inclusivité.
- Capacité à rédiger des documents techniques et des spécifications.
- Prédiction des tendances et l'identification des opportunités.
