Le scrum master organise, planifie et assure le bon déroulement du développement technique. Il guide et accompagne l'équipe technique, il s’agit d’abord d’un facilitateur, il garantit les performances de l’équipe.
Appliquer et guider l’équipe projet dans la bonne application de la méthode Scrum :
- Planification des sprints, organisation des réunions quotidiennes et autres rituels.
- Veiller en permanence à la bonne adoption des pratiques agiles et aider les équipes à monter en compétence sur la méthodologie.
- Identifier, suivre et résoudre les obstacles qui bloquent l’équipe de développement et intervenir en soutien du tech lead.
- Mettre en place les rétros afin d'optimiser l’amélioration continue.
- Collaborer dans toute l'organisation, avec les clients et les parties prenantes pour identifier les feedbacks pour l’amélioration continue de l'équipe.
- Assurer la communication interne et la transmission des informations face à l’équipe et les autres parties prenantes.
- Identifier et diriger les opportunités pour augmenter la qualité des produits et accélérer la valeur client.
Profil Recherché
- Bac+4/5 en ingénierie informatique ou similaire.
- Expérience de minimum 5 ans dans un poste similaire.
- Certification Scrum Master ou PMP est un plus.
- Maîtrise des Framework agiles (Scrum, KANBAN, l’agilité à l’échelle…).
- Compétences en résolution de problèmes et en organisation.
- Curieux(se) et intéressé(e) par l’intelligence émotionnelle.
- Excellentes qualités relationnelles.
