- Définir les user stories dont vous prenez en charge la description dans le backlog de l’équipe.
- Contribuer à la gestion du backlog de l’équipe en priorisant les user stories en estimant la valeur avec les demandeurs.
- Préparer le contenu des sprints.
- Participer à la planification des différents sprints de l’incrément.
- Veiller à ce que les évolutions embarquées répondent aux besoins exprimés.
- Recueillir les feedbacks des utilisateurs et adapter le besoin en conséquence.

Profil Recherché
- Bac+4/5 en ingénierie informatique ou similaire.
- Expérience de minimum 3 ans dans un poste similaire.
- Certification Scrum Master ou Product Owner est un plus.
- Maîtrise des Framework agiles recommandée (Scrum, KANBAN, l’agilité à l’échelle…).
- Excellentes qualités relationnelles.
- Vous êtes orienté client, une forte capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement.
- Vous aimez les challenges et l’innovation dans tous les domaines.
