As we continue to grow, we’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team! We’re looking for an Operations Manager to support the effective day-to-day running of our operations while also leading cross-functional projects that drive improvement and change. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you’ll balance operational delivery with structured project management, ensuring both “business as usual” and project work are planned, prioritised, and delivered effectively. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring confident decision making, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to adapt quickly when priorities shift.

You’ll take accountability for operational performance and site standards, including:

  • Leading daily and weekly operational planning, ensuring workflow is prioritised and resourced effectively
  • Managing, coaching and developing Team Leaders and Supervisors to deliver consistent performance
  • Acting as a senior escalation point for operational issues, service risks and site incidents
  • Monitoring performance and driving improvements across productivity and service quality
  • Managing facilities activity including repairs, maintenance and refurbishment work
  • Sourcing and managing quotes/tenders and coordinating contractor activity on site
  • Managing supplier and contractor relationships, ensuring compliance with site rules and H&S standards
  • Leading cross-functional projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring actions, timelines and outcomes are tracked
  • Providing clear updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, performance and delivery against objectives

Confident managing third-party suppliers, contractors and facilities-related activity. Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to adapt quickly when priorities change. Experience delivering projects and improvements across multiple teams and stakeholders. IOSH and/or NEBOSH certification.
