Gear4music Ltd. seeks a proactive Safety, Training & Compliance Advisor to lead H&S, training and compliance across its warehouse and distribution sites in York and Sherburn in Elmet.
In this role you will define standards, conduct inspections, manage inductions and training matrices, and drive improvements with Operations, HR and Facilities.
You'll require 3-5+ years in a similar role, NEBOSH, IOSH, and training qualifications; strong knowledge of UK legislation and proven coaching skills.
