About the Role

Are you looking to build hands-on experience in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? Join Gear4music’s Recruitment Team this season and play a key role in helping us bring in brilliant new talent across our Customer Service and Warehouse teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with great organisational & administrative skills and a positive, can-do attitude to gain insight into the world of recruitment. Whether you\'re just starting your career or looking to try something new, you’ll be supported every step of the way by our experienced and friendly Recruitment Team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You\'ll support our high-volume seasonal recruitment campaigns by helping to find the right people to join our busy teams in time for peak trading. Key responsibilities include:

  • Posting engaging job adverts to attract top seasonal talent.
  • Conducting telephone interviews to identify strong candidates.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews for Managers and supporting with large-scale assessment centres.
  • Responsibility for job offer paperwork and administration including offer letters, contracts and new starter forms ready for Day 1.
  • Gathering and verifying Right to Work documentation in line with legislation.
  • Organising start dates and ensuring smooth onboarding for new starters.
  • Keeping applicant records updated accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Fixed-Term Contract | Until mid-December 2025

Start Date: Immediate availability preferred
