Gear4music Ltd. is seeking a Logistics Operations Director to lead and shape our UK and European logistics and distribution network from our York HQ.

You’ll own scalable warehouse strategy, drive automation, and embed continuous improvement to deliver outstanding customer experience.

You will oversee six hubs across the UK and Europe, setting Labour strategy, KPIs, and transformation programmes to support rapid growth while managing costs and service levels.
