Your part in the performance:

  • Communicate well with our Scandinavian speaking customers, specifically Swedish.
  • Provide brilliant customer service by answering inbound calls (and a few emails) from customers and offering friendly and professional advice on a wide range of musical instruments & equipment.
  • Resolve challenging customer enquiries and escalate where appropriate.
  • Become a valued member of our specialist Customer Service team.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Multilingual – excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
  • Confidence and an exceptional telephone manner with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Some experience of working in a customer service environment.
  • Computer literate to a high standard, with good Microsoft Office skills.
  • A good knowledge of musical instruments and equipment would be hugely beneficial.
  • Reliable and committed to providing first class advice and service.
  • Highly communicative.
  • Ideally have an interest and appreciation of music.

We are predominantly looking for candidates to work at our head office in York. Working hours would be 8am till 4:30pm Monday to Friday with occasional Sunday working.
