Who you are

You will be passionate about providing our customers with a great experience when they buy from us. Ideally, you’ll have knowledge of musical instruments and/or products, but this can be in anything from playing the bass in a rock band to being first violinist in an orchestra or being a part time DJ. Above all, you’ll be professional, friendly and reliable.

What you’ll do

  • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to emails
  • Provide expert, friendly guidance on musical instruments and related products
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently, escalating more complex issues when needed
  • Contribute as a valued member of our specialist Customer Service team

What your skill set may look like

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence on the phone, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of musical instruments and equipment (highly desirable)
  • A reliable, committed approach to delivering excellent service and advice
  • A genuine interest in and appreciation for music

The work hours will be 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend working.
