If so, we are looking for a skilled Insights Analyst to join our team and help us unlock the power of stakeholder engagement data to drive our mission forward. As an Insights Analyst at GÉANT, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging quantitative and qualitative data methodologies to enhance our understanding of our offerings, deepen our knowledge of our Community, and measure the impact of our work. About You You will leverage your extensive experience in insights or market research within an international, multi-stakeholder environment. Your proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and data visualization tools like Power BI or other dashboards will be crucial. Collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior management and directors, you will demonstrate proven expertise in advising and influencing at all levels. Your ability to align insights with organisational objectives and create tailored, effective materials for target audiences will be key. This includes producing impactful reports, briefings and presentations based on your findings. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and maintaining quality control of all data used. Success in this role will be measured by your efficiency in managing data requests, combining primary and secondary research proficiently. By applying a tailored mix of quantitative and qualitative methods, you will deliver meaningful analyses, present them convincingly to stakeholders, and ensure actionable follow-ups.
