This is a 3-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) opportunity, being managed through our recruitment agency partner. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help deliver a smooth, organised and high-quality recruitment experience across GÉANT. Working within the People Team and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll support recruitment activity from role setup through to offer, helping hiring managers, candidates and colleagues navigate the recruitment process efficiently and effectively. You’ll play an important role in ensuring recruitment activity is well coordinated, accurately recorded and supported by reliable systems and data. This is a highly organised and coordination-focused role, suited to someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, improving processes and helping others achieve successful outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Recruitment Coordination
- You’ll coordinate recruitment activity across multiple vacancies, helping ensure hiring processes remain on track.
- You’ll support role setup activities, including preparing adverts, documentation and recruitment workflows.
- You’ll screen applications and support longlisting activities against agreed role criteria.
- You’ll act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment journey.
- Interview and Candidate Experience
- You’ll coordinate interviews across teams, locations and time zones.
- You’ll manage interview scheduling changes and support a seamless candidate experience.
- You’ll help gather feedback and support hiring managers through key recruitment stages.
- You’ll manage recruitment inbox activity and respond to candidate and stakeholder queries.
- Systems and Data Management
- You’ll support the day-to-day operation of Teamtailor, ensuring recruitment information remains accurate and up to date.
- You’ll help maintain high-quality recruitment data and audit-ready records.
- You’ll contribute to the consistent use of recruitment processes, templates and workflows.
- You’ll support colleagues with system queries and help embed efficient ways of working.
- Reporting and Market Insight
- You’ll contribute to recruitment reporting, dashboards and activity tracking.
- You’ll support analysis of recruitment data to identify trends, challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- You’ll conduct market research into talent trends, sourcing channels and competitor activity.
- You’ll help turn recruitment data into practical insights that support decision-making.
- Projects and Continuous Improvement
- You’ll support Talent Acquisition projects, including the ongoing optimisation of Teamtailor.
- You’ll help maintain recruitment resources, templates and knowledge-sharing materials.
- You’ll contribute to employer branding activities and careers content.
- You’ll support process improvement initiatives and documentation activities.
- People Team Support
- You’ll support pre-onboarding activities in partnership with the People Operations team.
- You’ll help ensure onboarding information is accurate, complete and ready for handover.
- You’ll assist with People Team initiatives, training activities, workshops and events.
- You’ll contribute to wider People projects by coordinating actions, tracking progress and supporting delivery.
About You

- Experience working in recruitment coordination, HR administration or a similar operational role.

- Experience using applicant tracking systems or other people-related systems.
- Strong understanding of the importance of data quality, accuracy and record management.
- Comfortable working with recruitment processes, templates and workflows.
- Able to balance multiple activities while maintaining attention to detail.
- A collaborative approach to supporting projects, process improvements and team initiatives.

Working Arrangements
The role follows our flexible-hybrid working model, with employees working flexibly between a remote and office environment. For this role, we anticipate that you may be required in the office for around 2 days per week working up to 30 hours per week. There is no travel required for this role.
