Gea is seeking a People Partner to support our Farm Technologies and Pure Flow Processing divisions across the UK and Ireland. Based near Milton Keynes, Bristol, or Belfast with travel across the region, you will advise business leaders on HR strategy, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness.

You will partner with divisional leadership and global People teams to ensure compliance with UK & Ireland employment law while delivering high-quality People support and initiatives.
