As an experienced Azure DevOps / Platform Engineer you’ll play a key role in supporting the development of the next generation of farming software, driving innovation in animal welfare and environmental sustainability. Responsibilities / Tasks
- CI / CD Pipeline Development: Build and maintain automated pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Infrastructure as Code: Implement and manage cloud resources using Terraform and Helm templates.
- Cloud Platform Management: Administer and optimize Azure services including AKS, Storage, Networking and Virtual Machines.
- Monitoring & Observability: Configure monitoring, logging and alerting with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Application Insights.
- Security & Compliance: Apply security best practices (RBAC, Key Vault, Managed Identities) and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Version Control & Collaboration: Manage Git repositories, enforce branching strategies and integrate automated testing.
- Incident Response: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in pipelines, deployments and cloud infrastructure.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
- Proficiency in Azure services, Terraform and container orchestration (AKS).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and security principles in cloud environments.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
Preferable Qualifications
- Experience with Helm or advanced Kubernetes concepts.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Azure Solutions Architect.
