GEA is seeking a Director of Sales & Business Development for the UK & Ireland Pharma & Food Applications to shape and deliver the commercial strategy and establish a high performing sales organisation. This role will work with the MD and leadership team to set targets, forecast growth, and drive complex capital equipment sales.

The candidate will lead strategic market initiatives, manage governance, and oversee go-to-market approaches for new products and services across the UK & Ireland.
