Your responsibilities and tasks:
- Ensure stable and reliable local IT operations across assigned sites.
- Provide hands-on technical support where an on-site presence is required.
- Act as the local IT On-Site Services Consultant, representing Global IT to site management and users.
- Coordinate effectively with the Service Desk, central IT teams and external service providers.
- Support the implementation and adherence to IT standards, governance and security practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services and operational processes.
- Assist with incident resolution, infrastructure support and workplace services where local coordination is required.
Your profile and qualifications:
- Extensive experience working in IT support, infrastructure or workplace services.
- Broad understanding of IT infrastructure, workplace technologies and network environments.
- Experience working within structured IT service environments (ITIL knowledge beneficial).
- Ability to coordinate effectively between business users and central IT teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with local management and stakeholders.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Experience working in manufacturing, industrial or multi-site environments.
- Experience working with external IT service providers.
