Acting as a key link between Sales, Projects, Customer’s and Manufacturing, ensuring accurate administration, effective communication and the delivery of a positive customer experience.Based in Milton Keynes, this role reports directly to the Head of Commercial Support and operates on a hybrid basis, with a requirement to be onsite two days per week.Responsibilities Order CoordinationCoordinate customer orders from receipt through to delivery and handover.Manage SAP order processing and maintain order status and delivery schedulesAct as a liaison between customers, sales teams, factories and project teams.Coordinate project handovers between Sales, Project and Service teams.Sales & Commercial SupportSupport the coordination of sales opportunities.Complete pre-qualification questionnaires and alike.Provide commercial administration support, including reviewing customer terms and conditions alongside the Head of Commercial Support.Administration & ComplianceEnsure all documentation complies with company standards and contractual requirements.Maintain accurate records in accordance with company procedures.Adhere to corporate policies, quality standards and working instructions.Provide support and cover across the wider Sales Support team as required.Your Profile / QualificationsKnowledge and Experience with SAP (Preferred)Minimum of 3 years working in an office/projects environment (Preferred)Good Interpersonal SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to learn, adapt to changing situations and flexible attitude to tasksAble to work independently, under pressure and to time constraintsGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office suiteWillingness to grow with the roleDid we spark your interest?Then please click apply above to access our guided application process.SummaryLocation: Milton KeynesType: Full time
