Your responsibilities and tasks:
- Perform service and maintenance tasks and compile comprehensive reports on observations.
- Conduct spare parts installation and service inspections following established procedures.
- Travel for job-related purposes as necessary.
- Execute investigations and troubleshooting as needed, providing written documentation of findings.
- Execute installation tasks as required.
- Perform testing and commissioning of equipment, ensuring all relevant documentation is completed.
- Maintain safe working practices at all times and adhere to Health & Safety policies.
- Provide continuous feedback on market conditions for overall business benefit.
- Conduct all activities in a way that ensures the health and safety of oneself and colleagues.
- Represent the company on-site with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Foster strong relationships with customers.
- Contribute to business growth in line with specified targets.
- Identify opportunities within the customer base for service sales.
- Develop relationships with prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
Your profile and qualifications:
- Mechanical / Electrical engineering background.
- Previous experience in servicing / maintaining machinery.
- Preferred City & Guilds 2078 (Ammonia).
- Strong understanding of Industrial and Commercial Heating & Refrigeration.
- A high standard of technical expertise in various types of machinery.
- Product/systems knowledge.
- Knowledge of industry developments.
- Ability to build long term relationships.
