GEA Group in Eastleigh is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to take responsibility for the safe, compliant and efficient operation of our Eastleigh site.
You will oversee day-to-day facilities, building services, security and access, contractors, and maintenance programs.
This role requires strong leadership of the facilities team, collaboration with QSHE, IT and Fire Marshals, and delivery of improvement projects while maintaining high standards of safety and service.
