CattleEye is an innovative and dedicated team with a mission to support animal welfare and support farm businesses. The leadership team drives the product, the commercial strategy, and the science. The customer success team makes sure every farm that deploys CattleEye gets the most out of it from day one.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Customer Success team in building strong, long‑term relationships with clients following onboarding and once systems are fully operational.
  • Support pilot farms in transitioning to fully paying customers, ensuring a smooth and successful conversion process.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver training sessions for global distributors responsible for installing and supporting the CattleEye product within their territories.
  • Develop and produce engaging training materials, including video content.
  • Partner with the commercial team to support customer engagements during the pre‑sales phase.
  • Conduct regular remote demonstrations of system functionality, clearly articulating how features deliver tangible value to customers’ farms.
  • Monitor client system usage against predefined KPIs and provide regular reporting to the Commercial Director.
  • Contribute customer insights and requirements to inform and shape the product roadmap.
  • Perform data analysis on CattleEye and on‑farm data to respond effectively to customer queries and support decision‑making.
  • Track and manage customer retention metrics, including KPIs such as customer churn.

Your profile and qualifications:

  • Honours degree in a technological agriculture‑related subject (desirable).
  • Proven experience within the dairy livestock or wider agricultural industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer‑facing role.
  • Experience creating and delivering data analytics reports for customers.
  • Experience in Customer Success within a SaaS environment (desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of dairy cow animal science.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools commonly used in SaaS environments.
  • Experience using data analytics platforms such as Microsoft Power BI or Excel.
  • Solid understanding of the dairy industry.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
