Job Description Summary Become part of a winning team and help to deliver the Green Energy transition. As the Supplier Quality Manager, you will drive supplier excellence, robust quality system and compliance, continuous Six Sigma process improvement, and comprehensive performance management. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategy for supplier quality in conjunction with sourcing, operations, and other cross-functional business partners. Evolve the organization to stay competent, contemporary, and ahead of business needs. Lead and coach a team of supplier quality personnel to effectively monitor and positively influence supplier performance. Manage product qualification/validation, supplier quality assurance, and supplier quality development. Conduct supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, and assist key suppliers towards industrial excellence. Ensure supplier adherence to GSI\’s and customers’ quality requirements (product and system), with knowledge of APQP and PPAP approaches. Present project plans, strategy roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior business leaders. Communicate solutions across functions and with cross-functional partner organizations. Ensure regular reporting of performance indicators and manage non-conformities. Investigate issues with an open, unbiased, positive attitude and develop root cause-based solutions. Engage in collaborative, inclusive leadership to involve the wider organization as needed. Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering fields. Consolidated experience in quality and supply chain operations. Significant experience in fabrication manufacturing. Advanced oral and written communication skills in both English and Turkish. Ability to work remotely without issues. Travel as needed to suppliers. Desired Characteristics Exceptional influencing, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to analyze and resolve problems, overcoming obstacles. Leadership ability in a multi-cultural and remote team environment. Experience in leading in a matrixed environment. Strong documentation, planning, and program execution skills. Clear thinking in solving complex and urgent issues. Project management skills.
