Job Description
Reporting to the Manufacturing Leader, you will be a key member of the manufacturing team for rotating machines. You will oversee daily operations and staff supervision within your area to ensure reliable and consistent output against KPIs for Rotating Machines, Rugby.
Essential Responsibilities
- Supervise daily work duties to meet monthly production targets
- Ensure EHS & Quality Targets are achieved
- Support manufacturing personnel managerially
- Provide work reports to the Manufacturing Manager
- Manage efficiency, utilization, and manpower planning
- Monitor costs compared to budget
- Collaborate with Fulfillment and Engineering departments to meet production and design requirements
- Understand manufacturing processes
- Drive lean processes, including 5S, waste elimination workshops, and efficiency improvements
- Manage staff development and training, including annual skills assessments and discussions
- Handle employee relations as required
- Manage contractor requirements
- Provide cover for peers as needed
- Perform any other reasonable management tasks as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor\’s degree from an accredited university preferred but not essential
- Experience in manufacturing, ideally with rotating machines
- Ability to meet deadlines and ensure on-time delivery

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good computer literacy
