Job Description
This role involves working as part of a cross-functional team to deliver product designs that meet customer and project requirements. You will collaborate closely with Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, Customers, Project Management, Sourcing and Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding contractual requirements and providing timely and quality technical solutions in case of conflicts.
- Specification, design, and engineering of large electrical machines.
- Leading detailed analytical/finite element analysis of machines and their performance.
- Designing models and/or prototype tests to improve noise and vibration performance.
- Investigating new materials and methods to enhance machine competitiveness.
- Working closely with customers and third parties to deliver tailored solutions.
- Creating and submitting design data to document progress.
