The Project Controller will provide the insights and recommendations necessary to influence project execution and maximize value for both our customers and our business. You will act as the guardian of project financial health, ensuring the right rigor is applied to cost management, scheduling, and risk processes. By partnering with project managers and budget holders, you will help keep large-scale, complex infrastructure projects on track, within budget, and aligned with our financial objectives.
How You Will Make a Difference
- Maintaining project budgets, ensuring they are accurately aligned with sales positions and reflect actual progress and market trends.
- Validating the accuracy of cost estimates, including labor, materials, and supplier invoices, to drive financial clarity.
- Developing mitigation and recovery plans in collaboration with functional leaders to address budget deviations.
- Communicating clear financial status, risks, and forecasts to stakeholders to support proactive decision-making.
- Collaborating with finance and planning teams to reconcile financial data and ensure cost and schedule alignment.
- Improving project performance by identifying root causes of cost movements and supporting the analysis of claims.
