You join a global product management environment where you bring structure, clarity, and alignment across a broad portfolio of product platforms. In this role, you help ensure that product strategy, technical development, lifecycle planning, and compliance all move forward in a coordinated and effective way.
What you will do

- Lead and support a community of Product Owners and compliance specialists across multiple product groups.
- Build strong product management practices, governance, and ways of working that support consistency and quality across the portfolio.
- Create and maintain a clear view of the portfolio, including product boundaries, interfaces, capabilities, and ownership.
- Align product roadmaps across the portfolio so they support wider solution strategy and market needs.
- Bring together roadmap planning, review, and updates through a clear and structured operating rhythm.
- Ensure product definitions, documentation, and technical information are complete, consistent, and easy to access.

- Work with colleagues across product management, systems, engineering, compliance, and commercial teams to create a joined-up portfolio strategy.
- Build and coordinate the right cross-functional approach to meet evolving product compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Support supplier engagement and help align technology developments with product direction.
What you bring
- Strong experience in product, platform, or portfolio leadership within complex technical or engineered environments.
- Experience leading product or platform strategy across multiple technologies or product lines.
- Experience managing or mentoring technical, product, or cross-functional teams.
- A strong understanding of system architecture, interfaces, and how products come together as part of larger solutions.
- Experience with product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, and portfolio governance.
- Confidence working across technical and business teams to create alignment and momentum.
- A structured approach to planning, prioritisation, and delivery.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
It would be helpful if you also have experience in grid technologies, power systems, or high-voltage environments, as well as familiarity with product compliance topics such as cybersecurity, product safety, environmental regulation, or lifecycle assessment.
