Responsible for the technical delivery of projects that involves automation and cyber security systems, with a focus on planning, requirements review, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and support across design, testing, and handover activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reviewing project requirements and customer specifications, and supporting project planning with engineering input, schedules, and deliverables.
- Coordinating technical activities across design, manufacturing, testing, site teams and subcontractors, while managing system and discipline interfaces.
- Preparing and reviewing technical documents such as specifications, calculations, reports, drawings and test procedures.
- Supporting FAT/SAT, commissioning, project closeout, and final handover activities.
- Tracking technical issues, risks, and changes, and ensuring compliance with standards, contract requirements, and quality processes.
- Communicating with customers on technical matters throughout the project lifecycle.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 6 years or more experience in HMI development, and DCS platforms design.
- Good experience in multi-SAS and different types of applied protocols.
- Hands-on experience of industrial communication standards and protocols (IEC61850, Modbus, IEC 101/104, ProfNet, Ethernet/IP).
- Ability to read and interpret different types of projects architecture based on cyber security requirements of customers.
- Ability to suggest solutions to interface requirements of different systems.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power or Communication Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or related field.
- Demonstrated/relevant experience in the engineering, design and commissioning of automation and OT cyber security systems for electrical networks.
- Good understanding of IEC 62443 standard and its implementation.
Desirable:
- Knowledge in GE DS agile and GPG system.
- Experienced in execution of digital substations and configuration of SCL files.
- Willingness to travel during project lifecycle.
