Do you want to champion the customer experience and drive high-impact service solutions for the global marine industry? GE Vernova is looking for an exceptional Lead Marine Service Delivery Manager to join our Power Conversion & Storage team based in Rugby, Glasgow, Portsmouth, or Swansea.

The Lead Marine Service Delivery Manager will oversee complex service agreements and ensure exceptional operational performance for our marine customers worldwide. You will act as the primary advocate for your customers, balancing their unique requirements with the technical and financial needs of the business. By coordinating across global teams and managing the end-to-end service lifecycle—from routine maintenance to urgent requests—you will play a vital role in keeping critical maritime operations running smoothly and efficiently.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Building strong, long-term partnerships with customers by acting as their dedicated advocate and primary point of contact.
  • Leading the delivery of service agreements, ensuring all maintenance activities are planned and executed effectively.
  • Managing day-to-day operations, including reporting, resource allocation, and project scheduling.
  • Driving financial performance and cost control for service orders, from invoicing to revenue recognition.
  • Collaborating with technical support, field service teams, and project managers to resolve complex contractual and operational challenges.
  • Improving service delivery processes to ensure we meet business requirements while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Special Role Requirements

  • You must have the permanent right to work in the UK.
  • You will need to obtain and maintain BPSS security clearance.
