GE Vernova is seeking an exceptional HVDC Capture Team Leader to join our GSI Sales Team, leading the tendering and sales lifecycle for large and complex HVDC projects across Europe. You will orchestrate non-technical disciplines, drive tendering strategy, pricing governance and commercial negotiations, and act as the primary interface with customers and partners to maximise win probability. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership and the ability to operate across regions.
