The Field Service Technician will serve as a key technical presence within a high-profile, demanding military environment. You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operational integrity of critical power conversion equipment, ensuring our systems perform to the highest standards while providing expert support to our customers.
Your Impact
- Performing essential maintenance, refurbishments, and repairs on power conversion equipment sub-assemblies to ensure operational excellence.
- Inspecting high-performance equipment through every stage, including pre-delivery, storage, and post-installation.
- Providing expert on-site technical support to customer vessels, assisting with planned maintenance and rapid-response breakdown resolution.
- Executing electrical modifications and system upgrades to ensure our technology meets evolving site requirements.
- Maintaining the Portsmouth facility by managing workshop tools, parts, and inventory to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Collaborating with commissioning engineers and internal teams to deliver technical solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Special Role Requirements
- Must be able to attain and maintain appropriate MoD Security Clearance.
