As the Talent Attraction Content Specialist at GE Vernova, you'll have the chance to create captivating content that elevates our recruitment efforts and showcases our brand. This role involves designing innovative digital and print materials under tight deadlines, contributing to ad campaigns, job fairs, and out-of-home media. The Content Specialist will report to the Global Content & Communications Manager and work closely with the Communication Specialist to ensure the alignment of design with messaging. In this role, you'll leverage your creative prowess to deliver high-quality visual content that aligns with GE Vernova’s brand standards and recruitment objectives. This role demands a passion for design, a keen eye for trends, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Creates and edits engaging multimedia content including videos, GIFs, graphics, and written posts to support campaigns and bring the employer brand to life across digital channels.
- Content Ideation: Generates creative content ideas aligned with brand goals and candidate interests, contributing to campaign planning, calendars, and storytelling initiatives.
- Develop High-Quality Graphics: Create visually compelling and high-quality graphics for various recruitment channels (social media, job boards, print materials) to attract top talent to the brand.
- Tailor Content for Platforms: Formats and tailors content for various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, website, internal communications) to ensure maximum impact and engagement.
- Manage Creative Processes: Oversee the creative process from concept to final delivery, working under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Contribute to Ad Campaigns: Design and execute ad campaigns, ensuring visual content aligns with overall brand messaging and recruitment objectives.
- Manage Creative Assets & Content Library: Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of creative assets & content (images, logos, videos, templates, job descriptions, recruitment material), ensuring accessibility and currency.
- Reflect Brand Voice and Values: Ensure all content reflects GE Vernova’s employer brand voice, tone, and values while supporting recruitment goals and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with Communication Team: Integrate visual elements seamlessly with content, ensuring a cohesive and impactful message across all platforms.
- Stay Updated on Design Trends: Keep up to date with the latest design trends and industry best practices, applying insights to create modern, engaging, and innovative recruitment materials.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in graphic design, particularly in creating digital and print materials for recruitment or marketing purposes, with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Digital and Print Media Design: Strong portfolio showcasing expertise across multiple mediums.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and ability to translate complex concepts into visually appealing designs.
