Global Quality Process Development & Data Analytics Leader

Job Description Summary Electrification Systems Quality Process Development & Digital Quality Leader will be responsible for quality process development and drive development of digital quality and data analytics. Job Description Responsibilities: Electrification Systems level Quality process management, incl NC management, FMEA process dev., RCA process & competence development, supplier quality process development Data Analytics approach for quality with needed process & tools evolution Digital quality road-map owner Change management & continuous improvement adapted to the evolving business needs Drive continuous improvement of quality processes & tools with lean mindset based on identified performance gaps and product & service evolution Provide leadership, support, and technical guidance to the Electrification leadership team to assure quality process development Work collaboratively inside and outside GE to identify and leverage best practices to update quality strategy delivering on improvements of Grid Solutions competitive level Leadership of HQ Quality team in line with GE leadership values Qualifications Requirements: Master\’s Degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or related field Quality leadership experience, with at least 7 years of which must be in a senior leadership position, with senior leadership experience in quality management in a projects and/or manufacturing and engineering Experienced data analytics leader with knowledge of digital quality strategy and systems’ development Desired Characteristics: Value based multicultural Leadership with focus on development of high performing teams and evolution of organizational capabilities Strong interpersonal skills & communication Fast oriented and influential in multifaceted stakeholder management Teamwork oriented Ability of effective cross-functional collaboration with all levels of the organization High energy, self-driven Structured and well organized Strong oral and written communication skills Lean mindset and experience of Built-in-quality lean approach Additional Information Relocation Assistance Provided: No #LI-Remote – This is a remote position #J-18808-Ljbffr
