Job Description:
Graduate Engineering Training Programme (GETP):

  • Duration: 24 months, featuring four 6-month rotations starting mid-September 2026
  • Accreditation: IET accredited programme
  • Community: Network with fellow graduates and placement students. Benefit from the ‘Buddy’ programme for guidance from current graduates.
  • Development: Access mentorship, professional registration support, and specialized training.
  • Gain Experience: Apply your skills within our software, automation & control teams and gain exposure to business areas like project management and quality.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: 2:1 degree in software engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, robotic/mechatronic engineering or related fields.
  • Skills: Passion for problem-solving in engineering and technology.
  • Eligibility: Unrestricted, permanent work authorization for the UK (no visa sponsorship) and ability to achieve Security Cleared clearance level from UK Security Vetting.
