Location: UK with global travel to site locations. At GE Vernova, our engineers play a critical role in keeping power flowing safely and reliably. We’re looking for a Supervisor who can take ownership on site, lead by example, and partner closely with customers to deliver world‑class commissioning and service outcomes.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead on‑site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and warranty activities for power transformers.
  • Own your part in site execution – from unloading and erection to oil processing, testing, and handover – with safety as the top priority.
  • Act as the technical lead with customers, project managers, and vendors to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
  • Prepare and manage site documentation including RAMS, NCRs, technical reports, and commissioning records.
  • Coach and coordinate site teams to build capability and ensure quality delivery.
  • Support tenders and long‑term service contracts with strong technical input.

What you bring:

  • Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong hands‑on experience with power transformer commissioning and site activities – HVDC experience.
  • Proven ability to co‑ordinate site teams, support customers, and solve problems under pressure.
  • Solid understanding of field services, construction sites, and EHS requirements.
  • Fluent English and willingness to travel globally.
