  • Create alignment across teams by sharing market insight and helping colleagues respond to regional priorities.
  • Identify partnership and alliance opportunities that support sustainable business growth.
  • Help strengthen our market position in a fast-evolving energy landscape.

You are likely to bring:

  • Strong experience in the electricity sector, with understanding of transmission, distribution, grid operations, or energy markets.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in utilities, regulatory bodies, government organisations, or industry associations.
  • The ability to bridge operational experience and commercial thinking, especially in software, digital, or technology-led environments.
  • Experience shaping strategy and influencing decisions across complex organisations.
  • Strong business and financial awareness.
  • Confidence building relationships at executive level and communicating with credibility.

  • Experience working across countries or international markets.
  • The ability to translate market, regulatory, and customer insight into strategic direction and business value.
  • The right to work in the UK and EU.
  • Willingness to travel as needed across the UK and Europe.

What is nice to have:

  • Experience in both operational utility environments and software or digital business settings.
  • Experience leading in a matrix or cross-functional organisation.
