The Tender Technical Manager leads the overall technical coordination and strategy for high-value, complex transmission projects during the tendering phase. You will act as the primary technical point of contact for our customers, collaborating with global teams to develop safe, reliable, and cost-effective technical solutions. Skills for Success:
You should be a collaborative technical leader with:
- An expertise in electrical engineering, preferably Power Engineering.
- The capability to lead complex technical projects within an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) environment.
- An understanding of project execution risks, financial processes, and the lifecycle of large-scale infrastructure projects.
- The ability to influence cross‑functional teams and present complex technical messages clearly to stakeholders.
- A keen interest in innovative problem‑solving and delivering results in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant Electrical Engineering discipline are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
Where and how you’ll work:
This is a permanent position based in our Stafford, UK office, where we have a hybrid working arrangement, with three days working in the office and the remaining two days where home‑working is an option.
