GE Vernova is looking for an exceptional Senior Account Manager, Grid Systems Integration, to join our Grid Solutions Commercial and Tendering team based in Stafford, UK.

The Senior Account Manager will lead our commercial strategy and relationship development with National Grid and key UK stakeholders to secure a significant share of the growing electrification market. You will be the primary advocate for our clients, translating their complex decarbonization and energy goals into tailored, high-impact electrification solutions. Working within a high‑performing team, you will navigate the UK business landscape to foster long‑term partnerships, drive sustainable growth, and ensure our technology remains at the forefront of the energy transition.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Driving account growth by identifying and capturing strategic opportunities that align with our electrification and sustainability objectives.
  • Building trusted, high-level relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, to understand their unique business challenges.
  • Creating robust sales plans that maximize business volume and profitability while ensuring alignment with regional and global strategic goals.
  • Leading commercial negotiations, from initial engagement through to contract finalization, while mitigating risks and ensuring governance.
  • Fostering strategic alliances and partnerships that enhance our project development and competitive market positioning.
  • Collaborating across internal teams, including marketing and technical specialists, to deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience.
