As a Manufacturing Team Member, you will be instrumental in the production of high-quality electro-mechanical products, ensuring that assembly, inspection, and testing are conducted efficiently and to the highest standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Safety & Compliance: Follow EHS protocols and safe working procedures.
  • Product Assembly: Build, test, and repair products according to manufacturing plans and quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure product quality meets standard operating instructions.
  • Efficiency: Work efficiently within defined processes and propose improvements.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and participate in 5S audits.
  • Support: Contribute to productivity and efficiency KPIs and support other manufacturing duties as needed.
