Let’s Talk about the Role: As GSI Region Tender Leader, you will oversee all proposal management activities for our Grid Systems Integration (GSI) portfolio, ensuring the delivery of winning, high-quality, and profitable solutions to our customers. You will guide a high-performing team through the full tender lifecycle—from the initial opportunity identification and strategy definition to final submission and handover to operations. By collaborating across engineering, project management, and sourcing functions, you will identify innovative, competitive technical solutions that meet complex customer needs while ensuring project executability and compliance.
How You Will Make a Difference:
- Leading the proposal management team to deliver timely, compliant, and competitive bids across the entire GSI portfolio.
- Driving the commercial deal strategy in collaboration with account management to maximize win rates and order intake.
- Collaborating with internal functions to consolidate complex technical solutions, risk registers, and mobilization plans.
- Developing and coaching team members to foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Creating and implementing streamlined processes to improve proposal accuracy, efficiency, and market responsiveness.
- Improving our winning edge by facilitating post-mortem analyses and integrating lessons learned from operations into future proposals.
Special Role Requirements: Able to travel to and from projects and various field assignments.
