As a participant of the Edison Engineering Development Program, you will be an active contributor to our commitment to safety, high-quality scalable workhorse products, and decarbonizing the globe.
As a GE Vernova Edison Engineering Development Program member, you will:
- Work on impactful, technically challenging projects in the power transmission industry for four 6-month rotations in a variety of disciplines, including but not limited to Design, Analysis, Systems, Strategy, Project Engineering and Quality.
- Enhance core engineering skills through Advanced Courses in Engineering and Business leadership training attended alongside other GE Vernova program members from other functions and locations.
- Receive technical training, mentorship, and coaching from world-class technologists and experienced technical managers.
- Participate in development training with other GE Vernova Development program members from other functions and locations.
- Grow technical expertise in your chosen field and expand skills in new areas.
We are looking for fresh graduates with Master’s Degrees in Energy related engineering fields, such as Power Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Controls Engineering. Students majoring in other STEM subjects such as Mathematics and Physics are also welcome to apply.
Knowledge of power systems, power electronics, high voltage engineering, Matlab/Simulink, Python, Creo, PSCAD or AutoCAD or C/C++ Embedded/Real-time development experiences would be an advantage.
