Within our Power Conversion we are delivering the essential infrastructure for global decarbonisation. As we scale our operations to meet the urgent demand for energy efficiency, the speed and precision of our commercial agreements are critical. We are looking for a Commercial Contracts Lead who is energised by the frontline of the sales. In this role, you won’t just be reviewing documents; you will be actively shaping the proposals and terms that drive our business forward. If you have a sharp eye for commercial risk and a pragmatic approach to negotiating customer contracts, this role is designed for a specialist who enjoys the technicality of redlining and the strategy of closing industrial deals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • While a legal background is valued, we are primarily seeking a commercial professional with a deep understanding of contract mechanics and a passion for negotiation.
  • Foundation experience in commercial management within large-scale Industrial, Energy, or Infrastructure sectors.
  • Familiarity with Government/Defence contracting (e.g., MoD standards or DEFCONs) is a significant advantage.
  • Strong ability to interpret and negotiate Terms and Conditions.
