Job Description Summary
This is an excellent opportunity to join GE Vernova in the UK on a modern apprenticeship program. The successful candidate will gain a Level 3 Business Admin qualification on completion.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and updating schedules for maintenance and logistics activities.
- Help coordinate the delivery of tools, parts, and materials needed for offshore work.
- Support the team in tracking and organizing equipment and supply orders.
- Learn to use tools and systems to forecast supply and resource needs.
- Work closely with the operations team to help align maintenance plans with supply availability.
- Contribute to planning materials and transport for maintenance activities, considering weather and schedules.
- Help monitor supply issues and report them to the team for quick solutions.
- Assist with stock checks and inventory organization at offshore storage sites.
