Your Role
As a Lead Application Engineer, you serve as the technical engine of our service business. You take the lead on modifications and upgrades for existing power systems, turning complex requirements into robust, sustainable solutions for industries like wind, mining, and oil & gas. You are the expert who guides our customers and internal teams through the entire lifecycle of a project—from the initial technical proposal to the final delivery.

- Commercial Insight: You have experience owning or leading technical tenders and proposals, with a natural ability to balance technical specifications with business value.
