We collaborate with major energy, maritime, and industrial organizations to enable energy efficiency and decarbonization through specialist motors, power electronics, drives, and control technologies.

Essential Responsibilities
- Work as an Electrical Field Engineer or Electrical Maintenance Supervisor in industries such as steel, oil, gas, petrochemical (onshore/offshore), paper, port materials handling, or mining, preferably as qualified ex-service personnel or with MV/HV electrical test equipment.
- Deliver field services fulfilling customer requirements in EHS, Quality, and Delivery.
- Expand technical knowledge and expertise aligned with recognized industry standards.
- Perform administrative tasks including safety plans, risk assessments, method statements, site inspections, technical reports, materials requisitions, customer reports, timesheets, and expenses.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Power Generation experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Technical skills in power distribution, drives, controls, and automation.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High energy, self-motivated, capable of achieving results with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work efficiently without direct supervision.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance.
