Job Description Summary
This is an excellent opportunity to join GE Vernova in the UK on a modern apprenticeship program. The successful candidate will gain a Level 3 Business Admin qualification on completion.
In this position you will work right across the planning and preparation stage for our offshore operations. Working with our supply chain/logistics/engineering teams to prepare a rotation schedule, including technician resource forecasting, service scheduling, materials requisitioning, documentation tracking, and parts/tool readiness. Working with our existing Planning Team, you will be an integral part of our operational success.

Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and updating schedules for maintenance and logistics activities.
- Help coordinate the delivery of tools, parts, and materials needed for offshore work.
- Support the team in tracking and organizing equipment and supply orders.
- Learn to use tools and systems to forecast supply and resource needs.
- Work closely with the operations team to help align maintenance plans with supply availability.
- Contribute to planning materials and transport for maintenance activities, considering weather and schedules.
- Help monitor supply issues and report them to the team for quick solutions.
- Assist with stock checks and inventory organization at offshore storage sites.
Skills and Knowledge
- Possess a strong commitment and enthusiasm to the role and the apprenticeship.
- Have a confident personality with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Be highly self-motivated, be able to work in a small team and independently.
- Have good problem-solving abilities.
- Experience of common Microsoft packages and good IT skills.
- High degree of flexibility, extremely motivated with the ability to work under pressure.

- Proven ability to work in cross-functional departments / teams
